Total disaster,the worst service I have experienced in my life. The lady was not able to explain how much does the food cost and how it works there. Then I have touched accidently the screen of coffee machine by nail only, the edge of my nail, then machine started to work and I immefiately ask the lady how to stop it that I did not order it but they said I have to pay it. Then big argument started over one coffee for 2eu. At the end I paid it but honestly coffee reacting to nail is something I have never seen plus machine when you cannot cancel the order right after is another weird thing. Overall instead of undestanding and help we have experienced the huge arrogance. Never again.
