Amazing First-Time Experience! I was a bit indecisive about what I wanted when I called Smallcakes Syosset, but their customer service over the phone was incredibly helpful. As it was my first time buying from them, they took the time to discuss pricing and they offered great recommendations. I ended up ordering one dozen vanilla and one dozen red velvet cupcakes. They charge about 5.50 per cupcake. They require a deposit of half or you can pay in full, and I chose to do everything over the phone three days prior to my event, and paid for half. I asked for the color blue on the “Happy Birthday” print cupcakes, so I wasn’t sure what to expect—but everything turned out perfect! The cupcakes were beautifully decorated and very moist. I went on a Sunday for pick up, and since it was pretty empty, I had no issues with parking, which was a relief. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely purchase here again. Plus, they offer a discount if you pay the balance in cash, which was a nice bonus! Updated review 10/29/ 2024 I recently went back to Smallcakes Syosset on 10/29 and ordered 3 dozen mini cupcakes. They were literally amazing! The flavors were spot-on, and every cupcake was beautifully decorated and delicious. I couldn’t recommend this place enough.
