After an hour and a half waiting for the food we had to call them up. They confirmed that they haven't noticed the order and they will deliver it which will take at least another hour! It's Friday evening and have to sort out dinner ASAP elsewhere!!! I'm utterly furious as this is not the first time!!!! Last time I had hope in this burger place Thanks for messaging up our evening

My husband and I had lunch here today. And oh my goodness the burger was amazing. I wouldn’t normally choose burgers, however I’m so glad I chose to eat here today. The ingredients were fresh and well prepped/cooked. There were a huge selection of sauces and toppings. I was a bit like a rabbit in headlights and wished I’d taken my time to look at the menu more. However the burger I did order, a double with cheese, onion, lettuce and ketchup was so tasty. It just gives me an excuse to come back and try more. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

it was a cold dry and windy day, i had no sense of what i was doing nor where i was going. that was up until i had Gods blessing of finding out smash shack, the food that i had only just viciously devoured from their enterprise was so immaculately succulent and juicy. the love and affection put into making my 12oz quad burger and cheesy fries was sincerely felt. for this divine experience, i thank you, members of smash shack.
