Love Smashburger, flavored perfectly and this location never messes up my order. 5 stars all around except for service. At times I come in and not greated even though there at the counter but doesn't look up to greet customers. Other then that there spot on. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Food is okay. Asked for no pickles and tomatoes and got both. Their Tractor lemonade dispenser on the side was just plain water. Always about 20min wait for food. You can get better burgers else where. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

Response from the owner hace 3 meses

That’s not the experience we aim to provide, Mel. We hear your feedback about the order not matching your request, the beverage station, and the extended wait time—it clearly impacted your visit. Your comments around the overall service are important and help highlight where improvements matter most. Please contact us at https://social.welovetohearyou.com/T-1153539 so we can follow up and better understand your visit.

The food was great; the only complaint I have is about the place. That restaurant needs a remodel. Besides that, some things are broken and outdated. They are also not cleaning correctly. I've been to this location twice, and both times it was pretty dirty, with sticky tables and booths and fries on the floor. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
