Rachita provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time! She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, patient, and thorough, making sure our order was exactly right. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers, and that kind of service makes a huge difference. I also want to say—don’t always base your decision on other people’s reviews. We decided to give Smashburger a chance, and after our first visit, we came back again because it was that good. The food was fresh, hot, flavorful, and absolutely delicious both times. Everything tasted like it was made to order. A big thank you to Rachita for making our experience even better with her positive attitude and outstanding customer service. She definitely deserves five stars, and we’ll absolutely be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I do not like to post negative reviews but geez. This place is not allergy friendly. Placed a pick up order with an avocado bacon burger on a gluten free bun. Got a regular bun, so I could not eat my burger. No dinner for me. Also, ordered a build your own burger plain with meat, cheese, and bacon only. It came with sauce, onion, lettuce, tomato so my kid would not eat it. I literally selected the items to go on the burger. Called to ask them to remake it and no one would answer the phone. Real nice. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1
