My family and I decided to stop by Smashburger for lunch since we always pass by and had never been. We started by reviewing the menu, and the staff was incredibly helpful in answering our questions. I signed up for their rewards program and placed my order through their website. The menu had a lot of customization options, but a lot of those options were not available on the website . There wasn’t an option to type in comments, which was a bit inconvenient. However, the manager was understanding and allowed us to add additional customization once we placed our order. I ordered a big, messy burger, and it was exactly what I wanted. Everyone else in my family also enjoyed their meals. The food was so delicious that I didn’t even get a chance to take a picture of everyone’s food. Overall, I had a great experience at Smashburger. I would definitely come back again. What an awesome read, Valued Guest! It’s great to hear how much you and your family enjoyed your first visit, especially with the helpful service and that big, messy burger hitting the spot. We love knowing the team was able to support your customization needs, so your meal came out just right. We're glad to hear about your smashing experience. Here’s to many more. Come hungry we’ll be ready.
