Watched my bag of food sit in the window for ten minutes before I could get any help from the girl up front. The food wasnt bad. Probably would have been great fresh. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Response from the owner hace un mes

Hi Christopher, We understand your concern. Waiting while your bag of food sat in the pickup window and having difficulty getting assistance is not the experience you were hoping for. We appreciate you sharing your perspective and are glad the food was still enjoyable, even though the timing impacted your visit. Please contact us at https://social.welovetohearyou.com/T-1400376. We’d love the opportunity to make it right.

Where we live now there isn't a Smashburger so I was looking guard to eating there! It was not the same! It was just ok! The servers were excellent! The burgers were meh! The brussel sprouts were really good although I did have to ask them to cook them longer, the 2nd batch was much better! Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: $10–20
