Fuimos de vacaciones a Escocia, desde España. Y ha sido una alegría y un placer para nosotros el haber encontrado este sitio tan típico de la zona, que es lo que íbamos buscando. Con gente y cómida local, dispone de servicio y zona de restaurante, una zona de billar y zona karaoke. Personal muy amable, precios súper razonables comparado con los precios de Edimburgo ciudad y por fin una cerveza de Escocia por 4 libras!! Tenéis que probar los Haggis y los Mac and cheese!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: £10–20 Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot

Marina review We went on vacation to Scotland from Spain.And it has been a joy and a pleasure for us to have found this place so typical of the area, which is what we were looking for. With local people and food, it has service and a restaurant area, a billiards area, and a karaoke area Very friendly staff, super reasonable prices compared to those in Edinburgh city, and finally, a Scottish beer for 4 pounds! You have to try the haggis and the mac and cheese!

Absolutely loved our visit to The Smiddy Inn! The food was top-tier, the atmosphere was warm and buzzing, and the whole place just had that perfect “we’re definitely coming back” vibe. Massive shoutout to Sarah, our server, who was an absolute superstar all night. Friendly, funny, attentive, and somehow managed to make the experience feel extra special without missing a beat. Honestly, give Sarah a raise — she completely elevated the evening and made us feel like VIPs from start to finish. Only downside was we couldn’t stay for the pop quiz . My family and I come to The Smiddy often. Always great food and customer service! This was no different last night when we decided to go for last minute meal together. There was a bit of miscommunication when one of the items on the menu were unavailable but nothing major and I’ve got to say I’ve never experienced customer service like this! I’m assuming this young man was the manager on shift and has got the best attitude in this industry! Not only was he so kind and helpful he was so attentive to the customers, always smiling and trying to help! He sorted out the miscommunication and went above and beyond! I don’t usually leave feedback but this isn’t just the best customer experience I’ve had at the Smiddy but the best customer experience I’ve ever had and felt this couldn’t go with comment!
