Needs better drink selection. Just get a coors Meats are great. Sides are wonderful. Bread is good Love the place overall will come back. Amazing burnt ends, turkey, brisket, tacos, nachos, fries and coleslaw! Everything we tried was fantastic. Service was excellent, will visit everyone we are in town from KC. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Smōk Barbecue completely won us over during our stay at The Source Hotel. What started as "let's grab a meal downstairs" quickly turned into breakfast, lunch, dinner, happy hour, and pretty much any excuse we could come up with to stop by again. Between the incredible food, the welcoming atmosphere, and the amazing staff, we found ourselves coming back every single day. The barbecue is outstanding, and the smell alone drifting through the hotel all day is enough to make you hungry. Everything we ordered was fantastic, but if you're a fan of burnt ends, do yourself a favor and order the Bloody Mary. Trust me. What really made the experience special, though, was the staff. Huge shoutout to Christian, Micky, and Conner. They are hands down some of the coolest bartenders we've met anywhere. Friendly, attentive, genuinely fun to talk to, and a big reason we kept coming back. Every visit felt like we were hanging out with friends rather than just grabbing a meal or a drink. We loved our time at The Source Hotel, but Smōk Barbecue was the place that made us fall in love with the experience. Great food, great drinks, incredible hospitality, and a team that knows how to make people feel welcome. We'll be back the next time we're in Denver, and honestly, we'll probably start planning our meals there before we even book the trip. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
