We had a great Thanksgiving Meal! Good food and plenty! Thank you to our wonderful servers, and hosts! We are never disappointed in our meal etc...

Thank you, made a bet with a friend that if I called in an order to go that they either will not answer or they'll leave me on the line never picking up. He said He'd bet me within 30 minutes they'd pick up. Well, I called, and they said can I put you on hold? I said yes, but don't forget about me. 20 minutes later I called the Inn asking for a manger on duty at the Travel Center. The operator kept saying what department? I said anyone that can remind the restaurant that someone is on the line. They grudgingly transferred my call to the money office. I asked the lady to remind the restaurant that they have someone on hold. After waiting 36 minutes not 30, they still didn't pick up. I finally hung up, and my friend was amazed at how worthless the employee there was even after I made the other calls to the Inn and the money office.. I won the bet, so I put $20.00 in my pocket. Continue the worst service possible, and maybe I can make more bets.

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE.. WAITED 15 MINUTES TO BE SEATED THAN EVERYONE WHO WAS SEATED AFTER US, ALL 3 TABLES GOT SERVED DRINKS RIGHT AFTER THEY SAT. THEN WHEN WE FINALLY GOT TO ORDER, SHE COULDN'T TURN OUR ORDER IN UNTIL SHE SAW OUR CARD. WENT AND GOT ANOTHER ONE, THEN SHE WOULDN'T COME BACK TO OUR TABLE FOR 10 MORE MINUTES!!! WILL NOT BE BACK. SERIOUSLY, THEY NEED NEW MANAGEMENT AND WAIT STAFF!! VERY DISAPPOINTED SEEINGS THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME!
