I cannot find the words to describe the Avacado Crunch Toast at Smooth Seas. And the local is hands down the best smoothie I’ve ever had! Place has me turning my nose up at trash like Smoothie King and Tropical Smoothie! The ingredients are so fresh and you can taste in the food. Also there couldn’t be a cooler beachier vibe than this local spot. The staff is so dang friendly and helpful and never tell me know when I ask them to make my toast spicy as they can! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Smooth Seas has quickly become one of my go-to spots. Everything feels really intentional, from the ingredients to how it’s all put together. You can tell they truly care about what they’re serving and the people walking through the door. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and actually filling (which isn’t always the case with “healthy” places). It’s one of those spots that makes eating well feel easy instead of like a chore. And Olivia, the owner, is the best. She’s so welcoming and really pours a lot into what she’s built, and it shows in every part of the experience. Highly recommend if you want something that tastes good and makes you feel good. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

If you’re in Garden City/Murrells Inlet, Smooth Seas is a MUST! The atmosphere was so fun and relaxing, the staff was incredibly friendly, and everything was top tier from start to finish. You can tell they genuinely care about giving everyone a great experience. Perfect spot to unwind, hang out with friends, and enjoy the beach vibes. Already looking forward to coming back next trip!
