I’m extremely disappointed with the way this restaurant handled a simple issue with my order. I order from this place almost every single day, so I expected at least a minimum level of professionalism and customer service. I placed an order at 7:55 PM through the app, and at no point did the app warn me that the restaurant was about to close at 8:00 PM for Memorial Day. The order was accepted, my money was charged, and there was absolutely no notification or restriction preventing the purchase. The next day, instead of trying to solve the situation professionally, the manager started making excuses in a very unprofessional and dismissive way. Not only did they refuse to refund my money, but they also did not provide the food I paid for. This is unacceptable customer service. A company that depends on loyal customers should invest in: • Better-trained and more professional managers • A properly functioning app that clearly communicates closing times and ordering limitations • Basic respect and accountability when mistakes happen Mistakes can happen in any business, but the way management handles them shows the true quality of the company. Sadly, this experience showed a complete lack of professionalism and customer care. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Love coming to smoothie King employee's are really friendly. Smoothies are amazing, the store is well cleaned and maintained, the service is very fast! Love this place!!
