I recently visited Snack ABC in L’Océan, Rabat, and my experience was mixed. I ordered two minced beef sandwiches with fries and waited nearly 45 minutes for my order. It was a very long wait, although it may have been due to the busy summer holiday period. The food itself was decent—nothing exceptional or top-notch—but it matched the price, so I felt it offered fair value for money. The sandwiches were satisfying, and the fries were served hot. My main recommendation is to improve the waiting time, as 45 minutes is too long for a snack order. I also think it would be better if customers paid after receiving their food rather than before, especially during busy periods when delays can be significant. Overall, Snack ABC is a reasonable place if you’re looking for an affordable meal, but the service speed definitely needs improvement. If they can reduce the waiting time and improve the ordering process, the overall customer experience would be much better. Price per person: MAD 50–100 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

I've been eating here for four months: I come once a week, sometimes twice, and I always order the same thing (Arabic strip) The staff are very friendly and helpful, but last weekend I went and ordered my usual. There was a new guy at the register. He tried to overcharge me, 7 dh for 1 slice of cheese and when I asked why, he said it was because the cheese was expensive. I told him I'd been coming here for four months,One of the employees came over and asked me what the problem was. I explained, and he also told the guy that she'd come here a lot and ordered the same thing, and we never overcharged her. After the guy kept talking back and forth, trying to overcharge me, I finally told him it wasn't about the money, it was about him, scamming me, so he gave me the correct amount afterward. It's really sad because I like this place a lot, but after the experience with the new guy who tried to scam me , I'll never come back. I hope the owner sees this because if he's scamming the customers, he's scamming the owner

Hello Madam, I am the owner of Snack ABC, and I am the person you had the misunderstanding with regarding the price difference for the cheese added to the sandwich. Before the incident, you came to the snack and ordered an Arabica Strips. You paid for it in advance to the lady at the cashier. Afterwards, you asked the chef to add red cheese, even though you had paid for an Arabica Strips with regular sliced cheese. Since the chef does not speak English, he did not ask you to pay the price difference. The following day, you ordered the same meal again and asked me to add red cheese. Therefore, I only charged you an additional 3 dirhams, which is the actual difference between the two types of cheese, and not 7 dirhams as you mentioned. I also have security camera footage documenting what happened. I hope I have explained the situation clearly, especially since you accused me of fraud. This is absolutely not in line with our values or our reputation. We have been in this business for 42 years, and our reputation speaks for itself. I sincerely hope you understand what I have explained to you. Thank you for taking the time to communicate with me, Madam.
