I really do wish I could give these guys a worse review than one star because every single time I have dealt with them I have run in to a problem... The food is hella overpriced. The service is very timid. When you call or come in, you get the same attitude where no one cares about the customer. You have people working for you that aren't educated on the menu, yet they're taking orders.... You have people in the kitchen whipping up orders with their own recipe, rather than how it shows on the menu. Today, I was lookin' at picking up an order of breakfast for myself. I am not familiar with the menu enough and when you go online to look at the menu, your website has NOTHING about breakfast or even a single shred of menu showing breakfast options. Come into the location and you can order breakfast all-day, no problem. This location can mess up a single order that has nothing about it customized or different from the menu. The wait staff/ most of your help is on another level of helpless. Y'all need help, a huge restart button, a big wake-up call. Not sure how you have people still coming in the door. My chicken was completely under-cooked the last time I ordered food and I had hoped to see you guys redeem yourself with a simple breakfast, but the lady that answered the phone to take my order couldn't even help me with a simple order of a breakfast meal. Your website couldn't help me to order anything specific and when I explained it to your wait staff, they actually refused to look at the menu that is right there in front of them to make a sale. TRASH TOOK ITSELF OUT TODAY. DONE GIVING YOUR ESTABLISHMENT MONEY. GOOD LUCK. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
