Visited this place after seeing it on tic toc video. Ordered a variety of food and snacks $104.00 to be exact. We had an order of panchos buffalo amd lemon pepper wings, papa asada, una torta y unos tacos a la plancha de desebrada and a hot dog. All the food needed seasoning. The buffalo wings were the most flavorful (covered in sauce) the lemon pepper one were just plain wings no flavor at all. Horchata drinks are artificial and extremly creamy. Deserts we got banana split, cookies and cream ice cream, strawberry, chocolate ice cream a mangonada delight, fried oreos. Spot light was the fried oreos even thought they took over 25 minutes to get. Also any ice cream or syrup is charged extra. Customer service is below average asked waitress several times for napkins and had to keep asking until she brought some also had to ask her to take the food trays we were done with. Great decor and music not worth the drive.

I rate this a 1 star restaurant customer service is horrible.! Workers are confused on orders expecting customers too know what’s theirs . I waiting 40 mins waiting on a worker to take my order which is ridiculous, order was messed up and waiting 20 mins to get our drinks after order was taken
