The portion size is insanely small and nothing like the picture on the website. We get the fish taco bowl and there were 8 black beans in my meal as well as 5 tiny pieces of fish and around 3 slivers of pickled onions. Not worth the $13.00 especially in this economy.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear your Fish Taco Bowl didn't meet your expectations. That certainly doesn't sound like the experience we aim to deliver. We'd love the opportunity to make this right and share your feedback with our culinary team so we can look into it. Please email our Customer Care team at snapcare@snapkitchen.com so we can learn more about your experience and help make it right.

Hard to park here. A lot going on here. Very dangerous parking trucks want to show off their trucks and like to pull up to the parking next to my car very suspiciously dangerous at high speed. Makes it more dangerous than it already is. Bad experience. Makes it rough to get in and out safely with all the pressure and everything. Homeless everywhere people crossing the street staring at me crazy instead of the traffic light. Cars drive by with loud music. Low benches outside that makes it extremely excruciating uncomfortable when you sit outside. Bad customer service.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback—we really appreciate it. We know that the recent construction on 6th street can make parking very challenging. We’d love the opportunity to make this right—please reach out to us directly at snapcare@snapkitchen.com so we can help.

Really good experience working with Cinnamon. She offered suggestions on meals and saved me 50% by letting me know about the subscription plan. Took a lot of pride in the work and appreciate it.
