Favorite bagel and coffee spot in Greece. It’s the same top quality and service that I remember from 20 years ago. Wonderful family owned business. Everything bagel is light and crisp and flavorful, can’t go wrong with the chive cream cheese Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I was charged $5.24 for a bagel with cream cheese and thought it was rather high. I asked the young man at the drive up window how much the bagel is and he replied $1.85. So it's $3 for a spread of cream cheese! Yes. When I got home there was very little cream cheese in the bagel and it was barely toasted. So I stopped in today to talk to a manager and she said it was $3 for the cream cheese and that prices had gone up considerably. I commented that the amount of cream cheese was very little and she explained that depending who makes the bagel I could get more or less. Then a gentleman who was working the window came over and said I was being rude. I had not raised my voice and just wanted to be sure I had been charged correctly. He was very rude and aggressive to me at this point and said if I was done I need to leave. I won't return. Obviously the saying that a customer is always right does not apply to this business. Apparently poor customer service is on their menu. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We actually have this on videotape if you would like us to post you of you "not being rude." I am sure our customers would be interested to watch it. Perhaps we will feature you on our Facebook page and let others decide if your behavior was appropriate. Hows that sound Sue?

Very good bagel sandwiches and decent coffee. Ton of options. It was a cool environment, comfortable and easy to hang out for a while. Staff was hit and miss, some of them were very friendly and helpful, some of them seemed bothered by having to help. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
