We visited this restaurant for a light dinner after a long day of sightseeing. It was a quiet evening, and we ordered a bowl of pasta, a portion of chips, a Cosmopolitan, and a Sprite. The food was nice, the atmosphere was pleasant, and our bill came to around €39. Unfortunately, what should have been a perfectly enjoyable meal ended on a very disappointing note. When we asked to pay, the waiter presented the card machine with tip options and said there was "no pressure" to leave one. As tipping is not generally expected in France, and as we had received standard service, we selected "no tip." The waiter immediately turned the card machine back around, saw our selection, and then confronted us, asking in a hostile tone, "Was the service not good?" He repeatedly questioned why we hadn't left a tip, said he didn't work for free, and insisted that tipping is expected in France. The interaction felt confrontational and completely unnecessary. My mother was left feeling uncomfortable and intimidated by the way he spoke to her. We had paid our bill in full, had been polite throughout, and simply chose not to leave an optional gratuity. No customer should be challenged or made to justify that decision. As we left, we could see the waiter arguing with a colleague about customers not tipping him, which suggested this wasn't an isolated incident. It's a shame, because the food itself was perfectly enjoyable, and we had actually intended to recommend this restaurant to friends who are currently visiting Nice. Sadly, because of this experience, we can't do that. Tipping should always be a personal choice, never something customers are pressured or shamed into. TERRIBLE ! hace un año en Restaurant Guru

I went to this place this afternoon and after ordering 2 cokes zero and a crepe, we ended up with 2 flat Coke Zero… no bubbles; disgusting!
We absolutely understand that it can happen as nobody is inside the bottles however when we mentioned to the waiter the issue, he went to check with the Director/Owner and he said the drinks are not flat so he will still charge us.
We were shocked but still decided to order 2 sparkling waters as I was with my friend and her baby and we could not be bothered to move again… Guess what? We were charged for both coke zeros even though they were not drunk (see picture below). Unreal! Really bad customer service indeed!

Unfortunately for this place, we are not tourists but locals and we wanted to make sure this review remains public here and on another famous websites so people know what to expect… there are sooooo many better places to enjoy a nice drink and food around, this place is highly NOT recommended AT ALL!! The owner is obviously only after the money and nothing else… sad reality!

Je suis allé dans cet endroit cet après-midi et après avoir commandé 2 coca zéro et une crêpe, nous nous sommes retrouvés avec 2 coca zéro chauds et plats (sans bulles) ; dégoûtant!
Nous comprenons tout à fait que cela peut arriver car personne n'est à l'intérieur des bouteilles, mais lorsque nous avons mentionné le problème au serveur, il est allé vérifier auprès du directeur/propriétaire et il a dit que les boissons n'étaient pas plates et qu'il nous facturerait quand même. Croyez vous qu’il aurez proposé d’offrir une autre bouteille ou s’excuser? Absolument pas…

Nous avons été choqués mais avons quand même décidé de commander 2 eaux gazeuses car j'étais avec mon amie et son bébé et nous avons choisi la facilité de ne pas bouger à nouveau… Devinez quoi ? Nous avons été facturés pour les deux zéros de coca même qu'ils n'avaient pas été bus (voir photo ci-dessous). Irréel! Vraiment un très très mauvais service client ! À fuir…

Malheureusement pour cet endroit, nous ne sommes pas des touristes mais des locaux et nous voulions nous assurer que cette critique reste publique ici et sur un autre site Web célèbre (TA) afin que les gens sachent à quoi s'attendre… il y a tellement de meilleurs endroits pour prendre un bon verre et manger, cet endroit est fortement déconseillé du tout !! Le propriétaire ne recherche évidemment que l’argent et rien d’autre… triste réalité !
