My friend and I visited this establishment on December 13, 2024, it was the third time, we had a good rest before, but after this visit we were completely disappointed. Pros: good equipment for singing, excellent hosts, guy and girl, catchy music between guest performances, decent food, although small portions: chicken Caesar is so-so, honey cake is acceptable, wok with beef is delicious; normal non-burnt rum. Further disadvantages: there was a huge crowd of guests, additional tables were set up in the common room, all the VIP rooms were also crowded, as I understand it. At some point it seemed to me that there were 50 or more people there. At the same time, one toilet stall was working, where the only sink and toilet were located. The second booth was closed. There isn't even a public sink. There was initially no toilet paper in the booth itself, we had to inform the waiters about this, and throughout the evening it was very dirty and there was a constant line. Very long wait for food and drinks. The service waiters are not overexerted: while guests are waiting for food and drinks, they sit on the phone at the bar counter. The Cuba Libre cocktail tastes like tap water slightly tinted with cola and with the addition of a couple of ml of rum. She took one, then drank rum, which she diluted with cola. We arrived around 6:30 p.m., sang 4 songs until 10:30 p.m., and the next time it was our turn at one in the morning. Then the real gusto: entrance cost 500 rubles, deposit per person 3000 rubles, paid immediately at the entrance, but at the end of the evening the entrance fee was again included in the bill (an extra 1000 rubles) and a tip of 10% of the check for their “excellent” service. I only noticed this the next day when I looked at the receipt. So if you go to this place, you shouldn’t relax and drink quietly, you need to be collected and carefully check the receipt when paying. Посетили караоке клуб Solo.
Заказывали VIP комнату на 3 человек. Сама комната не уютная и очень холодная. И запах как будто канализационный.
Заказывали коктейли и шоты. Выпивка не плохая.
Официантка молодая, консультирование ужас, это берите, это не берите, у меня пал выбор на маргариту, так мне сказали, но она у нас не очень не берите. Принципиально взяла.
Караоке пока включишь, найдёшь песню уже и петь перехочется. Есть приложение, где искать музыку. И так же каталог песен, но опять же, всё очень не удобно.
В общем посидели наверное час от силы и разочарованные ушли искать другое место.
