Nicholas, the bar manager, has absolutely zero customer service skills. If you use ID90 & stay there, be aware that Nicholas seems to pride himself on being rude, disrespectful, biased, and discriminatory. Nicholas is truly pathetic, incompetent and unfit for his position. I will certainly not recommend anyone to ever stay there!

I am having my 60th Birthday at a Solotel Restaurant and was concerned that there would be a time limit for the booking. The booking is only for 6 people. I spoke with an amazing agent Juliana who was able to assure me that we could have the table for the whole evening. Juliana you do your organisation proud. With employees like you people life me won’t be frightened to book tables in the city when coming from the bush.

would not recommend this place! Andrea Rohleder is incompetent at her job, she has no clue what she's doing. Not sure why she's in that position. She says she is gonna get back to you and NEVER does. There’s a thing called common courtesy which she lacks it. Please do a favour and downgrade her job, I only say this because I care she's giving you a bad look for your company. Dont keep promises if you can’t keep them it’s really really bad. She comes off as nice but she’s actually fake and thinks You don’t deserve a copy and paste template email its not that hard? People take their time commute prepare and she has no care in the world. If this happened to her she would be fuming I'm not going back for her. Good luck!
