Did a mobile order and got it 40 minutes after it was placed. I'm understanding because I've worked here when I was younger but this is ridiculous.

Response from the owner hace un mes

We know your time is valuable, and speed is a huge part of the SONIC experience. We’re so sorry for the long delay, Taylor! Waiting 40 minutes is far beyond our standards, and we’ll work with our team to get us back into high gear. We hope to provide a much faster run next time.

I visited Sonic Drive-In recently and unfortunately half the stalls were out of order. There was no drive thru option either. The food was decent, but the tots were not hot. I also came here 20 minutes before closing, so maybe it would be a better experience during the day. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
