I only ordered a Route 44 drink, but every time I get one, there is always coke all over the lid. Presentation is never good in this regard. I always have to sop it up with napkins I have in my car.

Response from the owner hace 3 meses

Hi Melanie, a refreshing drink should always come with a clean, neat hand-off. We apologize for the persistent spill issues on your beverage lids, and your note has been passed directly to the team to focus on packaging checks and clean cup handling so you can enjoy your refreshments hassle-free next time.

Ordered 2 cheeseburgers got home and neither of them had any meat. None. Also, their phone number doesn’t work. Just a busy signal. I’ll be going to Haslet from now on. Wasted my time and my money. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Response from the owner hace 3 meses

At SONIC, guests should be able to trust that every item is accurate and prepared correctly. We’re sorry this wasn’t your experience and understand how frustrating it was to receive incomplete orders, Christine. We’ll make sure to raise this with the appropriate team to improve communication and prevent this from happening again.
