Went through the Sonic drive through on 6/27 around 1pm. (Chk 132). Rep James (10093) was fantastic! He had excellent customer service, friendly, fast, the order was complete and he confirmed “no cheese “ on the special order. A great majority of the time when we use drive throughs, something is missing from our order or the food order isn’t right, so we wanted to take the time to thank him. We appreciate it! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

James is an absolute superstar, Stacie! We know how stressful drive-thrus can be when you have a special order, so we are incredibly proud of James for providing fast, friendly service and taking the extra step to confirm your "no cheese" request to ensure 100% accuracy. We deeply appreciate you taking the time to write this wonderful praise, and we will make absolutely sure he sees this amazing shoutout. We cannot wait to serve you again!

I gave this location two tries recently, but both visits were disappointing. Each time, my order was incorrect, and the food arrived cold. There are plenty of better options in the area, so I won’t be returning. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Response from the owner hace 4 meses

We’re sorry your recent visits didn't live up to the hot, fresh, and accurate standards we always want to provide, Chet. We aim for every trip to SONIC to be delicious and hassle-free. We truly appreciate you sharing your experience. We’ll make sure your feedback is reviewed by the appropriate team.

Great location, good for a quick stop to get your drink or food fill. Drive through seems less friendly than other Sonic Drive-ins that I've visited. The female taking the customer orders was impatient but the window fuel was great.
