On 5/28/26 At approximately 11:50 am i was in the 3rd spot on the entrance side. I asked for a #3 and told me the total. I didn’t notice it wasn’t a meal so i asked her to make it a meal and she rudely responded with “WELL WHAT DO YOU WANT MAAM” i told her to cancel my order since she wanted to be rude and she said “ok” then put a pack of salt on my screen. I guess to call me “salty”. This was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

The food I received was horrible. I couldn’t even eat it. I didn’t wanna take it back. I was too tired and I wasn’t going all the way back. The girl at the drive-through window was so unfriendly either she didn’t like people or she didn’t like being there or both. I will never go back to that sonic again. I live locally and I’ve been staying away from there for a long time and I thought I would give it another try the food was awful. I wasted $11. I had a chicken wrap. I don’t know what kind of meat was on it. It was burnt thin. I had a double cheeseburger. it was cold and hard. The meat was dry. It was awful. I do not recommend the sonic and if the employees don’t wanna be there, they need to find them a job that they will be happy and friendly to other people.!!!!! Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Absolutely stupid that they tried to charge me for more than 2 packs of ketchup with 2 large orders.
