The quality has just gone down recently. A cherry limeade we ordered turned out to be strawberries with soda water. The chocolate shake we ordered had peanut butter. And the fries were lukewarm at best.

I drove up to Sonic tonight at 8:30 p.m. there was one car in front of me. I ordered a double cheeseburger meal, tater tots and a dr pepper. Not a terribly complicated order. From the time I ordered to the time I got my food I waited 20 minutes. As I sat and waited by the window, two employees were eating meals while two other employees were hustling and I'm sure somebody was cooking. So a total of four employees that I can see and it took 20 minutes to get my food. On top of that my tater tots were clumped together almost making them inedible. About a month ago I came about the same time and I ended up driving away without getting what I had ordered. As I read the reviews, there are a lot of negative reviews with the same situation. It's time for management to do something about this location. It's in a highly populated area and there's no reason as to why things aren't moving faster than they are. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Service: 1
