Drinks were fine. Lady at the speaker and window was absolutely horrible, placed a mobile order for asap pickup & immediately headed there. My moms is about 5 minutes (maybe) from sonic, when i get there and tell her i have a mobile order she then informs me that “they’ve been waiting on me” very rudely. I got no thank you or have a good day, awful customer service and it sucks because i consider this location one of the best. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I’ve shared your feedback with the team so we can address our service standards and ensure every guest feels valued. We look forward to showing you the great service you normally enjoy next time you stop by.

Terrible food, terrible service, long wait times, and one of the most rude and disrespectful managers I've ever met. Avoid this place at all costs. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This isn’t the friendly service we strive for at SONIC, Justin. We’re sorry we fell short on both the food quality and the overall experience during your visit. We appreciate your feedback and will be sharing it with the appropriate team.
