Ordered and ate in the Dining Room area Was told they do not give refills on the regular sodas !!!! I would have to pay full price for another soda ! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Response from the owner hace 4 meses

We know guests expect a dining experience that feels both convenient and worthwhile, and we understand your disappointment regarding the refill policy, Joe. We'll raise this with our team for further review and identify opportunities for improvement.

Ordered delivery, food items missing upon arrival. Tried calling, no answer after repeated attempts. Called main office, finally got call from location. They offered free items next time I go, but that doesn’t feed us now, and we are without transportation so we can’t go get it. That’s why I ordered delivery in the first place. Money lost. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Response from the owner hace 4 meses

Receiving only part of your order is frustrating, and we're so sorry that we fell short here, April. This is not the level of service we aim to provide at SONIC. We’re working with our team to reinforce attention to detail and consistency moving forward. We hope to serve you better next time.

Sonic is usually pretty good and consistent. The smash burgers are newer and are very good. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Response from the owner hace 5 meses

The Smasher has definitely been a game-changer, Jesse! We're glad you’re loving the new addition to the menu. There is something about those crispy, seared edges that hits differently. Consistency is our goal, and we’re thrilled to hear we are hitting the mark. We’ll keep those burgers smashing and the service steady for your next visit!
