Waited 20+ minutes in the drive thru and no one answered or even acknowledged we were there. They weren’t even busy , I am usually really patient but this is not the customer service you want especially for a “fast food” restaurant. Didn’t help that their employees kept looking out the drive thru window to see we were still there . A little communication would have helped but they didn’t even bother to acknowledge us. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I came today and the service was really subpar. I tried to give her grace because it seemed like it was first day but she messed up my order several times and almost charged me extra. I wouldn't even care, but she SLAMMED her tray onto the hood of my car and there is now a paint chip down to the metal that I will have to pay to fix. If you eat here, go drive thru. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

When we visited, they were having issues processing card payments at the location, which was a bit inconvenient. However, the staff handled it really well by directing customers to place orders online instead. Despite the situation, they kept things moving and got everyone their food quickly. Overall, even with the inconvenience, the experience was still good. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure
