We always stop at this Sonic on our way to Canada. Our last visit was exceptional due to the mist friendly employee named Kyle. I've never seen a kid who was so friendly and took the job sooo serious! He made us smile the entire time we were there! Great employee! Hope to always have Kyle rake our order! Making our guests smile is exactly what true hospitality is all about. We will make absolutely sure he gets your wonderful praise, and we cannot wait to see you on your next trip up north!

Honestly worst experience ever at any Sonic location. The staff forgot half of my girlfriends food and my horchata. Then we got the food, it tasted so old that that my son refused to eat his chicken strips and fries, and she couldn't eat her meal either. Definitely will not be going back, and the reason why I giving you 3 stars for the atmosphere is because the dining area was clean. **edit** Since I can't respond back to Sonic reply, I don't want your crappy apology, you still got my money and it's very unfortunate. Definitely learned my lesson about eating at you crappy location. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Cory, serving hot, fresh, perfectly crafted meals and drinks is our standard for every single order, and getting it all out to you accurately is a top priority. We are incredibly sorry your visit missed the mark across the board for quality and accuracy. We've passed your detailed feedback to the management team immediately so they can review our food preparation guidelines and order assembly procedures. We'd appreciate the chance to welcome you back for a flawless visit.
