I pulled into the carhop space, waited for about 8-10 mins before someone asked me to pull up through the drive thru because they were short staffed, when I got to the window I asked for 2 drinks to be added to my order, the girl treated me like I asked for a kidney!! It was SUCH an inconvenience to add 2 sodas to my order. (They weren’t even a specialty drink) I find that so ridiculously rude! Needless to say I won’t go back! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1

We always want our drive-in stalls to be fully ready for you, Miranda. We're sorry to hear that you experienced a delay and that adding items to your drive-thru order felt like an inconvenience. Your feedback has been shared with our management team for review, and we hope you'll give us another chance to provide a much better visit down the line.

We were on a very long trip camping and on our way home on memorial day, this was our best stop! We sat for a while here to relax and once we ordered the girl was SO nice. They did forget our burger BUT that didnt matter honestly we ordered so much food and they made it for us so quickly. I love sonic so much. We also didnt wait very long for our order. Maybe 5 minutes? I even think there was only one girl running. We definitely tipped for the good vibes we got Thank you, from a pregnant lady! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Being the absolute best stop on your long Memorial Day trip is a massive honor for our hardworking team! We are so incredibly proud of our solo carhop for maintaining such a sweet vibe and quickly fixing that forgotten burger so you could relax and enjoy your massive feast. We appreciate you taking care of her with a tip, and we wish you all the best with the rest of your pregnancy!

I leave reviews regularly to help others make informed decisions, and this Sonic Drive-In has some recurring issues that are hard to overlook. The location seems consistently understaffed, which causes long wait times—even when there aren’t many cars. The staff are doing what they can, but the operation just isn’t smooth. On this particular visit, we tried ordering from one of the drive-in parking stalls, but were told they weren’t serving the stalls at that time and that we had to go through the drive-through instead. The walk-up kiosk was also broken, and someone nearby mentioned that’s a common issue—they’re often told to use the app to order instead. So between the broken walk-up screen and the closed stalls, ordering felt like a game of trial and error. Unfortunately, the food didn’t make up for the hassle. The tater tots were soggy, and the rest of the meal felt like it had been sitting too long or just thrown together without care. It’s not that I expect gourmet from Sonic, but when even the basics fall flat, it’s hard to enjoy. With better staffing and a reliable ordering process, this could be a solid location. But right now, it’s more frustrating than convenient. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
