Okay. I work for fast food myself. I understand the stress folks go through while working for any fast food place. However, I don’t understand why it’s so hard to not mess up the simplest order. Each time that we visit the doctor’s office right next to this place, we stop by to get a drink. Each time I order a cherry limeade, I ask for extra “real” cherries. Suddenly, no cherries to be found, but I taste a bunch of artificial flavor. I even mentioned “real” and not flavor. My mom ordered a cold brew with “light” chocolate and light ice. As usual, the damn thing is LOADED with chocolate syrup and ice. Y’all need to get some crap together. I’m surprised y’all even have 3.4 stars when y’all mess up the SIMPLEST orders. I wonder how well y’all seem to do on a family-sized order. I guarantee not so well, and I don’t think I’m going to reconsider this location. Independence, KS’s Sonic is WAAAAYYYY better. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

I’d give zero I tryed to Oder a breakfast burrito and personal told I don’t know what one that is and I said that what it said on the board you Oder off and a strawberry shake and was unsuccessful on ordering anything I’ve never been treated so badly in my life Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
