We love Sonic Drive-In, but this location has been consistently disappointing. I order the same thing every time—a bacon cheeseburger—and every single time it comes without bacon. I request it to be fixed each time, but the issue keeps repeating. I shouldn’t have to pick apart my burger in the parking lot just to make sure it’s correct. This has happened on multiple visits, which is why I’m leaving this review. I’m hoping for better consistency and attention to orders moving forward. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We appreciate you being a loyal fan, and it’s a bummer to hear your bacon cheeseburgers haven't been hitting the mark, Katie. We want every visit to be easy and exactly how you crave it. We're committed to sharpening our focus on the details to get that consistency back on track. We’ll make sure it’s reviewed by the appropriate team.

Waited on a slushee for 20 min. Less than 7 cars in the parking lot, the girl who answered the call light and the carhop both looked n sounded like they were close to tears. Is there a mean manager or something at this location? Weird vibe. Just had somewhere to be and long wait for 1 drink?? Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hi Brandi, we always want to get your favorite treats out to you quickly, so we're sorry for the long wait for your slush. We want our drive-ins to have a positive environment for both our guests and our staff, so we appreciate you sharing your concerns. We'll address this with the team.

Food was great and service was fast. My only gripe was that I must have gotten the bottom of the bag of fries or something. Crinkle fries, the longest fry being about an inch and a half. Most were very small. Like pieces. The rest was great. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Response from the owner hace 4 meses

We are so incredibly happy that you received great food and fast service, Jeff, but we are genuinely sorry about those tiny fry pieces! We absolutely want to serve you a full portion of long, crispy Crinkle Fries every time. We will remind our kitchen crew to keep an eye on fry quality. We appreciate your honest feedback, and we hope to see you back at the stalls for a perfect batch soon!
