Terrible experience we pulled up no answer try to place order then we went through the drive-thru no answer then we finally place the order through the app no one came out is took an hour to get our food finally someone came out and said they were only had one staff member like really you can't schedule your employees I understand stuff happens by communication is the key please work on you guys customer service it shouldn't take over an hour just to get two drinks I used to love Sonic

Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes to place order. They told us they were short handed and it would be awhile. Needless to say it was during happy hour at half price. No excuses accepted. Your open for business!!

We know speed is a huge part of the SONIC experience, Nana, so a long wait in the drive-thru is definitely not what we aim for. We hear you that staffing shortages shouldn't impact your visit, and we’ll be sharing this feedback with the appropriate team to get our service back up to speed.
