We ordered two drinks through the app, paid online, pulled in to a stall and waited 30 minutes. Nobody came out so we pulled into a different stall and let them know that we never received our order. We waited another 10 minutes. Nobody came out. We had to ask them about a refund and they said they can’t do anything and to do it through the app. There’s no way to do that on the app. Not to mention, the guy we spoke to purposefully turned his badge around so we couldn’t see his name. Thanks, Sonic If you didn’t know what our order was, you could’ve just asked? Meal type: Dinner

I dont care how busy it is how is it taking more than 20+ minutes for a drink this is insane I dont get why its always this sonic that has problems over the others Edit: I went back to finally get my drink after calling to try and get a refund after 35 minutes, it was not the car hops fault she was new and alone during the busiest hour, I find fault with the management team for not A. Having a proper schedule made up for these busy hours and B.for not stepping up when theyre obviously short staffed. I am in sole belief the management is the problem there. Food: 1 Service: 1
