I live in the valley. On Tuesday 5/5/26 and was headed up to Roosevelt Lake and decided to stop and pick up lunch as I have done previously. I ordered the #1 combo meal? Thinking it would come with a good cheeseburger, fries and drink. It was lunch time, around noon and very busy. After paying almost $14 for this meal I stopped on the road to eat. Burger was AWFUL!! Two thin paddies, dry, over cooked and thrown on a bun with some onions and who know what else. Fries were so salty it was all I could do to eat them. Whoever threw this meal together should be ashamed of themselves for such terrible food/service. And shame on Sonic supervision for allowing such garbage to be served to customers. Never again Sonic!! Food: 1 Service: 3

Response from the owner hace 3 meses

Our Cheeseburger Combo is a SONIC signature meal, but it's only as good as it is fresh. We're truly sorry to hear we missed the mark here, Antonio. We’re working with our team to make sure every order is prepared perfectly and delivered at its best. We look forward to serving you a much better meal next time.
