Llegue a las 11:30 con mucha prisa para alcanzar a orderar antes de que cierren , pase por el drive thru y nadie contesto , me pare en la ventana y estaban 3 chicos afroamericanos JUGANDO, Al verme , se quedaron viendome y empezaron a BURLARSE , Son jovenes no mayores de 20 años , que no piensan en lo que los clientes hacemos para poder comer ahi , eh sido cliente de este Sonic desde que lo abrieron , PERO HOY 5/14/23 , Perdieron un buen cliente , y por su puesto correre la voz con lo sucedido Meal type: Dinner

I stopped by last night around 7:30 PM and noticed it was pretty busy for a Sunday evening. I parked and pressed the order button, and someone took my order over the speaker fairly quickly. After waiting about 20 minutes and watching other cars come and go, I pressed the button again to check on my order and make sure it hadn’t fallen through the cracks. No response, and the “activated” light disappeared. I waited a couple more minutes and tried again, but still got no response. I had ordered quite a bit, so I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, assuming they might be short-staffed. However, after waiting 30 minutes, my patience was wearing thin. I eventually got out of my car and approached an employee who had just delivered food to a vehicle that arrived well after me. I politely asked if he could check on my order. He apologized and said he would, but then proceeded to follow up with the vehicle next to me twice without ever returning to update me. After waiting an additional 10 minutes with no food and no communication, I finally gave up and left. Thankfully, I was paying cash, so I didn’t have to worry about getting a refund. I completely understand that busy nights and staffing shortages happen, but **45 minutes of waiting with no order, no updates, and no follow-through is unacceptable.** A simple acknowledgment or update would have gone a long way. Extremely disappointed with the experience and the lack of customer service. Service: 1
