Showed up at the Sonic, and was waiting to place my order, button was pressed. After 10+ minutes of waiting I said out loud, "this is ridiculous I am going to leave." Then the cook answered the headset to tell me he was by himself as the carhop was outside, and he was unable to help as he didn't know how to operate the system. I looked over to see the 1 carhop standing outside of a car chit-chatting. She wasn't taking an order, she wasn't dropping off an order, she was having a casual conversation with the elderly lady about their day, and about things unrelated to anything Sonic. It was like she was talking to a family friend, or grandmother. I had been sitting in the parking spot on the phone with my friend who went to Mcdonalds, waited in line, placed an order, and picked it up all before anyone acknowledged me. It's not like they were busy. The elderly lady, and me were the only 2 people there, but I clearly didn't warrant service or acknowledgement after 10+ minutes of waiting. WORSE experience ever. I hope me stating it was between 5:20p and 5:30p you are able to help identify the issue. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

During my visit to Sonic Drive-In, I experienced a convenient and satisfying meal on the go. The drive-in setup allowed me to enjoy my food comfortably in my car while soaking in the surroundings. I ordered their signature Sonic Cheeseburger and tots, which were hot and flavorful. The cherry limeade was the perfect refreshing drink to complement the meal. The service was efficient, with the staff delivering my order promptly and with a smile. Sonic Drive-In is a convenient option for a quick and tasty meal when you're on the move.
