If I could leave zero stars then I would. We placed a mobile order which said it would be ready at 5:51 PM. We arrived to the Sonic and there was a long line in which we sat in for 10 minutes before you were able to get to the speaker and once we got to the speaker to order we waited another two minutes and no one ever said anything so we continued to pull around and park so that we could go inside. We tried going inside, but all three entrances were locked, and other customers were also getting out of their vehicles to try to go inside, which was obviously impossible due to locked doors. We then got back in line and once we got to the window again, without even being spoken to at the speaker, the worker did not greet us or anything. I had to say we were there for mobile order in which at this point it had been 15 minutes past the the ready/pick up time and our drinks had not even been started on. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Management refused to help when our drink was spilled in car, we presented receipt & was told purchase the large refresher AGAIN. Customer service was horrible by employee at window as we were asking question and she was closing drive through window instead of listening so attitude received by her when re-opened the window to hear the question...like we were bothersome when only asking for a simple replacement drink.

I went last night, Every time I go at night almost once a week . We are told they are sold out of coneys. If it’s not that then they say only accepting cash their machine is not working. They have no chili. Or it’s closed early. This is ridiculous. I live 5 minutes from this sonic I shouldn’t have to drive to another one. This is an on going situation for months now. And just unprofessional. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
