The walkup screens don't work very well, or at all, but the kid that brought out my food was helpful. The music is uncomfortably loud, probably because it has to compete with the train tracks right behind it. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

Response from the owner hace 4 meses

We love providing a fun and comfortable atmosphere, Kory, so we’re sorry that the loud music and tricky walk-up screens made your visit less than perfect. We’re so glad our helpful team member could look after you and bring out your meal. Thank you for sharing your experience so we can work on these concerns. We’ll make sure your feedback is reviewed by the appropriate team.

That is so sweet to hear, Susanna! Adrianna sounds like a total pro—from the extra mints and ranch to the scrub shout-out. We love having someone so thoughtful on our team. Thanks for the review, and see you next time.

I aleays love sonic for a nostalgic meal taking me back to the 60s but the last 2 times we visited this SONIC our food was cold.. cold corn dogs and fries are not good. It took forever to get our food we waited 45 minutes. One person took our order then we saw him leave in his vehicle. We had to ask 3 times about our order. They said they were understaffed. Next time the food was cold again. We love Sonic but will probably use the other chain Sonic drive-in in our community. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Recommended dishes: Burger, Onion Rings, Corn Dog, Double Cheeseburger
