Ordered on mobile phone 20 mins before arriving around midnight. Restaurant closes at 2am. Ordered 2 Junior Doubles. Got two small complety cold single pattys. What is going on there? The girl apologised. Didn't offer anything to make it up. Very strange. Shouldn't be open if it can't actually serve food.

So me and my wife was trying to end or date night with a little bit of ice cream and chill outside the establishment and enjoy each other's company. The young man that answered the intercom was very rude and then when asked is it possible to make a Oreo cheesecake blast instead of a shake, he responded with what you mean but in a very very rude tone. Then he came to the door like he was going to run outside and say something to me, but the door never opened. So we said nevermind and just left. We live 3 mins from this sonic and never have been there. But our first impression is going to last and it will never get our business. It was around 1030pm when we arrived at the establishment. So whatever you g guy working this night is going to ruin your business. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Service: 1

Date night should be a great experience, and we’re bummed we completely missed the mark, Jamal. This is definitely not who we are, and your feedback is being reviewed by the appropriate team. We truly hope you'll give us another shot to deliver the great experience you deserve.

This sonic consistently is very slow. They say it’s “slammed” when only a couple cars are in the slots. Today, we waited 20 mins for 3 drinks. We asked for a drink carrier and it was brought out without one. The Coke Zero was supposed to have cherry, vanilla, and sweet cream and had none of that. So we paid a bunch extra for something we didn’t get. Plus the waiting time when they were not busy, and not following instructions about bringing drinks in a carrier.
