Emily Clemons hace 4 meses en Google

“I’ve visited multiple times, and I want to praise the young woman working the drive-thru—she’s 17 and always kind, efficient, and doing her best. However, I’ve noticed she’s often working alone. Management needs to step up—no one should be handling everything solo. She deserves support, and so do the customers.” She works two jobs in a very hard-working young lady. I had a conversation with her through the drive-through Tonight I just think it’s unfair that she is running that place all by herself. Price per person: $1–10

Response from the owner hace 2 meses

She sounds like an absolute rockstar, and we love that her hard work stood out to you, Emily! However, our crew should never feel like they are flying solo. We truly appreciate you looking out for her and sharing your feedback. We're passing this note directly to our local management team so they can address staffing levels during these hours.
