Well get ready for another shut down! This loves park location has to have the slowest and worse customer service and management. I had 1 car in front of me at the drive thru on friday around 1p with just a few cars in the drive up so I waited sbout 5 minutes and the car in front of me drove off mad you can tell so I got up to the speaker and she said it will be a minute I waited and waited and she never came back so I drove off. Went back today same scenerio surprised hardly no cars that was around 2p.one car waited a few minutes then good my turn..no one says anything but I could hear her breathing. I said are you ready? She mumbled just a minute I said ok waited a minute so I'm hearing her breath and I said is there an Issue? She says no go ahead! I thought wow really but just asked for the new pinapple drink and she says we don't have any ice cream right now! I said ok well nevermind and left. I think management better keep an eye on this location. When they opened back up after being closed workers were polite and quick but the last 3 times now have been aweful with horrible customer service snd not very busy!!! Do better SONIC...

If I could give this Sonic ZERO stars I would. They are EXTREMELY slow here! We waited 20 minutes in the drive thru just to get to the order menu. Then we waited another 5 minutes for someone to use their headsets to take our order. Then we waited 10 more minutes with 2 cars in front of us to get our order at the window and we never got up to the window to get our order because we finally decided to leave because they were taking way too long. This one car who was at the window was sitting there for 10 minutes just to pay and there was one more car after him ahead of us. I could see 3 ladies at the window. What were they even doing? Looked like a whole lot of nothing to me. The entire time we waited in line cars were leaving getting out of the drive thru line because they saw how ridiculous this was. As I was waiting in line I looked up more reviews of this location. I wish I looked ahead of time and got out of line sooner. It should NOT take 30-45 minutes to go through a drive thru for 2 milkshakes! Absolutely horrible! I’ve never been through a drive thru that was taking this long!

Waiting longer than expected is never the experience we want for our guests, especially when you’re looking for a quick bite. We're so sorry to hear about the delays, Amy. Fast and reliable service is something we strive for at SONIC, and we’ll work with our team to get us back into high gear. We hope to provide a much better run next time.
