I was at sonic in Middlesboro Kentucky today for lunch with my boyfriend and I ordered a Grilled Cheese with lettuce and tomato added, along with a couple other things. The girl that brought the food was so sweet and she’s great!! And she definitely deserves a raise because I bet she has to deal with so much crap because if the cook can’t make something as simple as a Grilled Cheese and add lettuce and tomato then the cook don’t need to be a cook. I sent it back because there was no lettuce or tomato. Well she brings me my new sandwich and it was two pieces of bread with JUST LETTUCE AND TOMATO. THERE WAS NO CHEESE AT ALL ON THAT GRILLED CHEESE .. I started to send it back but that poor carhop was so busy. And years ago I was a carhop myself at the Miller town pike location in Knoxville Tennessee and I also worked the grill on occasion. So I did t want to bother the carhop. Which every time we go there and she’s working she’s always so nice and she does her job very well. She can’t help the ignorance that plagues the kitchen. That may sound mean and idc. But someone needs to step in and properly train the person in the kitchen today or take his ear bud out or fire that person or something. Because my 9 yr old makes these all the time at home and if a child can out cook u then u my friend do NOT need to be a cook. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Pretzel

Specifically ordered no pork on a breakfast burrito. Recieved a burrito full of bacon. The Manager of this establishment had an attitude about the situation!!! The situation they created. The employee taking the order handled it much better than the actual manager we asked to speak to. Manager had a worse attitude than the employees he manages.... Infact... He saw we were muslims, had a terribly angry facial expression, and even told us to throw the food away. Completely unprofessional. This was obviously racially motivated. He clearly did not like how my muslim family was dressed. Absolutely low class establishment. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We eat at Sonic Drive-ins regularly, so we expected this one to be the same as the others....wrong!This is the worst I have ever been to. It seems that either they don't know how to cook the menu items, or they are instructed to do it incorrectly to save money. First was a burger that had the wrong size patties on it. They used the "junior" sized patties instead of the regular patties (we matched them to a junior cheeseburger that we also ordered). Second, our chicken baskets did not have the onion rings. They were out of onion rings, but just decided to not mention it and omit them. Third, our breakfast burrito was not made using the "sausage scrambles". The just cut a sausage pattie in half, stuck it in the center of the tortilla, and folded it into a ball. Lastly, 2 of our burgers had the wrong condiments and toppings. They had to be sent back to be corrected. They were out of honey mustard, so we asked for BBQ, which the forgot, along with our straws. Terrible. Would not recommend.
