Outstanding customer service. I had an issue with my order, and Adam immediately stepped in to help. He was calm, respectful, and very attentive, taking the time to make sure everything was corrected properly. He resolved the issue efficiently and made sure I left satisfied. Employees like him truly make a difference and deserve to be recognized for excellent service. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I ordered a cherry sprite with cherry because I had one earlier from another location I had to drive back because the sprite tasted like it needed to be changed out/ like more water than flavor I asked the manager to taste it and he said it was fine but no one looked in the back to check if container out. Wow I finally got a refund and had to get a drink elsewhere to drink because I had Ordered a hot dog from them as well Wow I feel so appreciated Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

We wanted to order in the app and pick up, but the app doesn't allow special requests like "no bun". Instead, we used the drive through. It was fairly quick and painless. The young lady at the window, Malaysia, was incredibly friendly and double-checked everything so we had NO MISTAKES when we got our bags. I can't remember the last time nothing got missed or was wrong. She should get a raise for customer service satisfaction! Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
