Where do I begin. Ive been coming here since I was very little. I wonder if they have changed the fryer oil since those visits as a kid. Do you fry a bunch of side items and let then sit for an hour till you sell them? The answer to that is an obvious yes. Ive been working in food for years, and I couldn't imagine serving this slop and feel ok about it. I love sonic dont get me wrong, but this location simply needs to disappear. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Honestly I'm giving this review mainly because of the staff, they're rude and snappy in the drive through yet take way too long to ask what my order is. Its not any better with the ordering kiosks either as they take too long to answer so i refuse to come to this location here anymore I'll drive all the way across town because the other sonic provides me way better service. This location's staff need to work on their attitudes its a shame i have to drive further out of my way just to get sonic. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

UNREASONABLE WAIT TIME, RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL Thank you for offering me the opportunity to escalate this to the franchise owner. However, the number provided was to customer service and I do not have the time to fuss with customer service.. Update: 3-11-25, 10:14 PM. I pulled up and waited to order sat there for a couple minutes, no acknowledgment, one car in a stall, blonde woman came out gave them their food, saw me, went back inside, I waited another minute no answer pulled around to the window. I could see her standing there tapped on the glass she completely ignored me. This is unacceptable and very rude. I come here every night for my regular hot fudge sundae. Very disappointed, here we go again. 3yrs ago I sat at the drive-thru menu for nine minutes waiting to order. I asked if there was a problem with the speakers I never received any kind of acknowledgment. Nothing. So I pulled up to the window to ask if there was a problem and was told it takes awhile before they can get to the drive-thru, then she closed the window and walked. This store the absolute worst of the worst in the Tulsa valley. FYI- there are two Sonic Drive-ins up the road, one at Hwy 20, the other at 146 St N. Both understand the importance of quality customer service!! Service: Takeaway Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $20–30 Atmosphere: 1
