I went to sonic yesterday ordered a smash burger no cheese no smash sauce so they brought me a smash burger with cheese and sauce so I asked the car hop can they remake what I wanted with mayo she said yes so they brought the food back I got it home and this is what it looked like. Ridiculous 15.00 for that meal that went straight in the trash. I will not be eating there again. That new sandwich also has cheese so its probably the same sandwich and they probably got mad pounded it with something and gave it back to me. DO BETTER SONIC!! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1

They obviously can’t read an order! horrible experience! Brought me sweet tea ! I ordered unsweetened! Ultimate meat and cheese burrito was the smallest I’ve ever seen come out not to mention I paid for extra bacon I didn’t get ! Car hop laughed at me ! Fire them already

I just have to rave about the the Specialty Burger that I Absolutely Love offered only by Sonic Drive-In! I truly pray it remains on the menu Forever!!!
