We stopped to charge the Tesla and get a bite to eat. We ordered food and waited and waited. Staff eventually came out and apologized for forgetting our order. But the remaining wait was still extreme. After 20-minutes, the car was done charging but the food had not arrived. When the food finally arrived, the footlong coney dog was wildly burnt and completely inedible. We had to throw it away. Terrible service and quality. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10

Response from the owner hace 3 meses

We’re sorry your visit was frustrating and that your meal took so long to arrive, Daren. We always aim to serve up fresh, delicious food efficiently, so it’s disappointing to hear about the delay and the quality of your coney dog. We appreciate you letting us know where we fell short. We’ll make sure your feedback is reviewed by the appropriate team.

Stopped here twice on a road trip. Each time food took 20 minutes. One of which was at 7am when there were two other customers present so not like they were busy. Meal type: Breakfast

Response from the owner hace 4 meses

We know you’re on the move, Andy, and we’re bummed we kept you waiting across all your visits to our location. Speed is a huge part of the SONIC experience, and it sounds like we missed the mark multiple times. Your feedback is important to us, and we’ll be sharing it with the appropriate team.

This is by far the best Sonic Drive-In that I have ever visited in all the states I've traveled through. The order was right, the food was good, the service was fast and everyone was very friendly that work there. Couldn't be more pleased and couldn't be more surprised!
