Hi Bye hace 4 meses en Google

I won't be going to this location again. Used the app to order and checkin at an online only spot. I checked in a little after my time (like 5 minutes) but since they were busy I was expecting to wait a bit. I am not the most confrontational type and was not in any rush but after an hour after my checkin time I waived down someone. I explained that I had been waiting for ~an hour and still had not received my Large Drink (that's literally all that I ordered). The server went in and came back out saying that since it was so long ago they couldn't pull up my order. They then proceeded to give me a token for a free MEDIUM chery limeade..... So you're telling me that after waiting an HOUR for YOU losing my order you offered me something less then they valued of what I purchased and only to be redeemed at a later time?!?!? I politely made the comment that this is less than the value of what I ordered and paid for and then they gave me the drink I ordered which LITERALLY took like 80 seconds to get. I love sonic and the cheap drinks but I couldn't recommend this location. For comparison, I went to a sonic across the bridge and ordered the same thing. I arrived and was told the slush machine was broken. They offered to get me anything else instead and I came out with a large milkshake. The difference was night and day.

Mobile check-ins are designed to provide maximum convenience, and any digital order tracking discrepancies should be handled immediately with equitable and accommodating customer care. We apologize that your single beverage pickup involved an extensive delay and that the initial correction did not reflect our standard resolution guidelines. Your experience is being forwarded to the team to refine our app order tracking workflows, and we truly hope you give us another chance to serve you perfectly.
