This is the Worst Sonic of all time. We Have Been here 5 Times since it opened. First time Order was Correct. That's about the end of that. They have screwed up our order every time after that. Doesn't matter what you order it's Wrong. We will never go here again. I told my wife if I ever say let's go to Sonic in Rosebud She could punch me right in the mouth. She said she will never for get that instruction. So yeah NEVER Choking down that crap again. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Response from the owner hace 5 meses

We expect every order to be complete and correct, so we’re truly sorry that hasn’t been your experience, Michael. That’s not the level of care and accuracy you should expect from us. You should receive exactly what you ordered, and we’re working with our team to ensure items are prepared correctly and improve execution moving forward. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Probably the worst sonic I've been to across several states. I dont think ive been in there one time where my order was right the first or third time of getting my food. They keep there open signs on and then tell you they are closed. The only thing this store is good for is convenience.

Response from the owner hace 6 meses

We expect our drive-in to be fully operational during posted hours and every order to be perfectly accurate, Randal, so we sincerely apologize that your visits have missed the mark. Because we want every meal to be five-star, this is being sent to the leadership team to be reviewed immediately so that we can evaluate our late-night procedures and keep our kitchen focused on precise order fulfillment. We hope to provide you with a much faster, fully completed run next time.

Very inexperienced employees. No reimbursement for faults unexcused. 15 miles before I realized we had no syrup for French toast sticks. They offered me a free medium water for my troubles. This place is trash. Do not go! Not sure if the manager was dressed out or what, but he was extremely rude and sarcastic. Save your money!!! Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Service: 1

Response from the owner hace 6 meses

That sounds like a really frustrating experience, Dalton, especially having to deal with missing items and an unhelpful resolution. We’ve shared your feedback with the team so they can review service recovery and guest interaction at the Drive-In. Thanks for bringing this to our attention—this helps us work on doing better.
