Ask for a receipt and do not leave the window until you unwrap and inspect everything. After 15 minutes waiting behind 2 people, I was handed a medium drink and shake instead of large, and I peeked in my bag and saw what appeared to be my double cheeseburger, and some tots (figured most fell out of the cup). I was hungry and in a hurry since I hadn't eaten in 10 hours, so I left. Got to my place, found out I just paid about $20 for a cold single (not double like I ordered) cheeseburger that looked like someone sat on it, a medium instead of large drink and shake, and half a cup of admittedly awesome tots (very upset that most were gone). No receipt in the bag, of course. This will be the last time I forget why I avoid this place. Since the review has me rate atmosphere, lights and screens were out seemingly at random in the car park areas; some of the screens were on, some not, some of the overhead lights were on, some not. About 2/3 or more of the lights were out, wasn't sure if the place was even open when I drove up. Someone else tried a couple stalls, then got in the drive-thru. Service wasn't quite rude, but I figured they were upset as it appeared the truck ahead of the person I was behind had a lot to say to them. I guess they were smart enough to unwrap their food and call out the smaller drinks or lack of tots/fries. Normally I wouldn't care if the food is good, but that's not the case. I shouldn't have to blow $20 on a meal and then make another one for myself afterwards anyway. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I would give zero stars If I could. We sat in the one of the drive up slots for 30 to 45 minutes after placing an order. Then we pushed the button again to get service. They told us they were only doing drive thru. We were like well we already placed an order here. We also saw 2 different people go on break and smoke. And we were parked right next to them. Someone could have at least came and asked why we were just sitting there. Wasn't like we were hiding.
